LUXOR AIRPORT: LXR
Luxor's new international airport (IATA code LXR) has typical airport shops and facilities. Luxor is well connected to the rest of Egypt with plentiful internal flights to Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Aswan.
Egypt Air also connects to Abu Simbel, Alexandria (El Nouzha Airport), Alexandria (Borg El Arab Airport), Assiut, Aswan (Daraw Airport), Hurghada, New Valley, Marsa Matruh and Marsa Alam.

However there are other routes for flying into Egypt. It's easy to fly to Cairo (or another airport in Egypt) and add an internal flight to Luxor.
